Refund policy
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We understand that waiting for your order can be a little frustrating, but due to us being a small business we are unable to hold stock.
You have up to 5 days from the day you place your order to cancel and receive a full refund. This is because your order is prepared in stages and by this time we will have likely started preparing it.
After 5 days we will not cancel your order. If you decide you still do not want it once received you will need to return the order to us for a refund. Postage is payable by yourself.
RETURNS
We aim to make our items to the highest quality possible, however as with anything there may be some occasions where items are faulty.
Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to advise us if your item is faulty, and we will resolve this issue for you with a replacement or a refund.
Unwanted items including clothing are subject to a 28 day returns policy. 28 days starts from the date we shipped your item. if your are returning items that are unwanted then postage must be paid to return the item to us before a refund or replacement is sent out.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, accessories unused.
Items that break or become faulty after 28 days do not automatically qualify for replacement. Please contact us at niamhsneverland@gmail.com to discuss the problem you have and we will try our best to resolve this for you.
